The ROPA method

ROPA treatment is a treatment that allows both women of a couple to participate in their fertility treatment.

On the one hand, one of the women undergoes an ovarian stimulation treatment in order to obtain the oocytes. When the eggs are obtained, they will be fertilized with the sperm of a donor compatible with both women.

Embryos obtained from this treatment will be transferred to the uterus of the other woman in the couple.

This way, one woman will bring the eggs and the other one will carry the pregnancy, giving both mothers the chance to actively participate in the process of forming a family.

Depending on your fertility assessment, the doctor will advise you which of you should do the ovarian stimulation and which should receive the embryos, to try and get the best pregnancy results.
